James L. Williams, Jr., O.D.

Dr. Williams is a Cum Laude graduate of University of Virginia, and graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1984. He practices general optometry, specializing in contact lens fittings. He is also board certified to treat many ocular infections and allergies. Dr. Williams lives in Chesterfield County with his wife, and three children.

J. Clifford Brooks, Jr. Optician

J. Clifford Brooks grew up in Chesterfield County, and attended J. Sargeant Reynolds College where he studied Opticianry. Clifford is a Virginia State Licensed Optician, and specializies in progressive lens fittings. Clifford also is certified by the American Board of Opticians, and a member of the Virginia Opticians Association.
In his spare time, Clifford enjoys spending time with family as well as many hobbies including restoring classic cars, art, guitar, and astronomy. Clifford resides in Powhatan County with his wife.

Eve Condrey

Originated from the Republic of the Philippines, Eve loves interacting with patients and co-workers. Eve takes pride in everything she does, and is always ready to help out patients with their needs. On her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and likes listening to music. Eve can speak English, Tagalog, Ilocano, and Sambal. Eve resides in Chesterfield County with her husband and children. She is a Certified Para-Optometric.

Donald H. Barbee, Optician

Donald Barbee graduate from Durham Community College in 1973, with an Associate Degree in Applied Science of Opticianry. Don moved to Virginia in 1976, and is a Virginia State Licensed Optician.
Don says that his greatest joy is being able to put his years of experience to work for his patients. Giving each patient a personal guide to help them find the right products, so that they can enjoy life's most precious gifts. Don resides in the City of Richmond.

Connie Pribbenow

Connie is originally from Minnesota, she moved to South Carolina where she lived for 15 years with her husband and two children. Connie now resides in Dinwiddie County with her husband, dog, and cat. She has over 30 years experience in the medical and insurance field, and loves working with people. Connie in her free time loves music, dancing, making flower arrangements, biking and traveling.
