James  L.  Williams, Jr., O.D.

Dr. Williams is a Cum Laude graduate of University of Virginia, and graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1984. He practices general optometry, specializing in contact lens fittings. He is also board certified to treat many ocular infections and allergies. 

Dr. Williams resides in Chesterfield County with his wife.

Originated from the Republic of the Philippines, Eve loves interacting with patients and co-workers. Eve takes pride in everything she does, and is always ready to help out patients with their needs. On her free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends. Eve also enjoys running, biking and listening to music.

Eve can speak English, Tagalog, Ilocano, and Sambal. Eve resides in Chesterfield County with her husband.
